BAHAN-BAHAN

- ๐ 50g macaroni
- ๐ 2 eggplants, thinly sliced
- ๐ง 40g shredded pizza cheese
- ๐ฟ A pinch of dried parsley
โMeat Sauce
- ๐ 150g ground beef and pork mix
- ๐ง 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- ๐ 200g canned diced tomatoes
- ๐ฌ 1/2 tsp sugar
- ๐ง A pinch of salt and pepper
- ๐ 2 tbsp ketchup
- ๐ฅซ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the eggplants and finely chop the onion.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all โMeat Sauce ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir, add the eggplant slices, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir well.
Boil water in a pot and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain well.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce mixture. Transfer to a heatproof dish, top with shredded pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown. Sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
