LANGKAH
Slice the boiled octopus thinly.
Cut off the stems of the eggplants, make slits, wrap each in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Cool in water and remove the skin.
Cut the peeled eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
Place butter, eggplants, and octopus in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the container, mix well, and adjust seasoning to taste.
