BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 medium eggplant
- 1 green chili, chopped
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Dairy
- 🧈 1 small cube of butter
Seasonings
- A pinch of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Wash the eggplant, remove the stem, and slice it into 1cm thick pieces.
Place the slices on a plate and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt a small cube of butter.
Place the eggplant slices in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
Pour the sauce over the eggplant and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped green chili and sesame seeds.
