- 🍆 Eggplant - 1 piece (cut into chunks)
- 🍅 Tomatoes - 2 pieces (roughly chopped)
- 🥔 Potatoes - 2 pieces (bite-sized)
Meat
- 🍗 Chicken thigh - 300g (bite-sized)
Seasonings
- 🧂 Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Heat a small amount of oil in a pot and sauté the chicken thigh until the surface turns white.
Add the eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes and cook until the vegetables become slightly tender.
Add 200ml of water, bring to a boil, remove the scum, and adjust the seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, and once the potatoes are soft, it’s ready to serve.
