Noodles
- 2 packs instant bibim ramen
Protein
- 🥚 1–2 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 1 handful chopped kimchi
- 3 tbsp kimchi juice
- Small amount of lettuce
- Small amount of perilla leaves
- 🥒 Small amount of cucumber slices
- Small amount of chopped chili pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Chop the kimchi into small pieces and mix it with bibim ramen sauce, kimchi juice, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Combine the noodles with the prepared sauce and mix well. Add chopped vegetables like cucumber, lettuce, perilla leaves, and chili pepper, then garnish with boiled eggs.
