- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seafood
- 1 tbsp chirimen jako
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of sansho

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Julienne the carrot.
