BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 enoki mushroom (80g)
- 2 tsp dried wakame
Staples
- 20g vermicelli
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut the enoki mushroom in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Use kitchen scissors to cut vermicelli into bite-sized lengths.
In a pot, add all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add enoki mushroom, vermicelli, and wakame, then stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until vermicelli softens. Drizzle sesame oil.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
