BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 2 packs enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk spring onion, sliced
Protein
- 100g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the spring onion into small pieces.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook the glass noodles until softened, and blanch the enoki mushrooms briefly. Drain well and mix with 1 tsp sesame oil. Place them in serving bowls.
Heat the remaining sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes. Pour over the noodles and mushrooms.
Top with an egg yolk, sprinkle with spring onion and white sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
