BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 200g fish cake
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
LANGKAH
Rinse the fish cake in hot water and pat dry.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Place fish cake in a plastic bag, add flour, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fish cake until golden brown.
Remove the fried fish cake and drain excess oil on paper towels.
In a pan, mix gochujang, ketchup, corn syrup, and minced garlic. Heat until bubbling.
Add the fried fish cake to the sauce and toss gently to coat evenly.
Transfer the coated fish cake to a serving plate and enjoy.
