BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (red shiso pickled)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4g)
LANGKAH
Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste using a knife.
Cut the eringi mushrooms in half lengthwise, then slice them into thin strips (5mm width). Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool slightly.
Add the mashed umeboshi, soy sauce, and bonito flakes to the container with the eringi mushrooms. Mix well.
