- 50g somen noodles
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 umeboshi (20% salt)
Soup
- 💧 500cc water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2cm grated ginger
Toppings
- 1 tbsp rehydrated wakame
- Bonito flakes to taste
LANGKAH
Add the soup ingredients (water, chicken stock powder, and grated ginger) to a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add somen noodles and umeboshi, and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot gently. Cook until the egg sets and floats, then stir gently.
Serve in a bowl and top with rehydrated wakame and bonito flakes.
