LANGKAH
Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks with a peeler and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salted butter and garlic in a frying pan. Add scallops and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until both sides of the scallops are golden and cooked through.
Add asparagus and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
