- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 10 snap peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Remove the strings from snap peas, boil them in salted water, and drain.
If needed, devein the shrimp and sprinkle with sake.
Mince the garlic and slice the onion into wedges.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan, add onion, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add shrimp and snap peas, cooking until shrimp turn opaque.
Add butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
