BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives, peeled and cut into 4cm pieces
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Peel the garlic chives and cut them into 4cm pieces. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pork into 1cm strips. Season with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Then add the garlic chives and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry quickly to combine.
