BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (100g)
- 50g chives, chopped
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Shrimp Preparation
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
LANGKAH
Mix peeled shrimp with sake and a pinch of salt for preparation.
Cut chives into 3cm pieces.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a pan, add beaten eggs, and stir gently until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining sesame oil to the pan, sauté shrimp with garlic and ginger until shrimp turns white.
Add chives, sake, and salt to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Return the eggs to the pan and mix everything together.
