BAHAN-BAHAN
Tofu
- 🧈 300g silken tofu
Seafood
- 50g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into four equal pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add dried shirasu and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Mix in soy sauce and pepper.
Place the tofu on a serving dish and top with the garlic oil shirasu mixture.
