- 50g garlic sprouts
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce

Cut garlic sprouts into 1cm pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.
