BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack of tonkotsu-flavored instant ramen
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
LANGKAH
Cut garlic in half lengthwise and remove the core. Mince one half and grate the other half.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add pork and cook until browned and garlic is golden. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from pot.
In the same pot, add water as instructed on the instant ramen package. Bring to a boil, then add ramen, bean sprouts, and grated garlic. Cook according to package instructions while loosening the noodles.
Turn off the heat and mix in the included seasoning packet. Serve in a bowl, topped with cooked pork and garnished with green onion.
