BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 30g vermicelli
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 200g daikon, sliced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🥛 250ml milk
- Pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200ml water
LANGKAH
Slice the daikon thinly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil and grated ginger in a pot over medium heat, then add chicken and cook until browned.
Add sliced daikon and sauté briefly, then add the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut vermicelli into smaller pieces and add to the pot. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then add milk and warm gently over low heat without boiling. Serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
