Vegetables
- 🥒 Cucumber 1 piece (thinly sliced)
- 🥕 Carrot 1/2 piece (julienned)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Boil vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes until softened. Then, cool it in cold water and drain the excess water.
Thinly slice or julienne the cucumber and carrot.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the dressing.
Combine the vermicelli, cucumber, and carrot in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well.
Plate the salad and serve. Enjoy!
