BAHAN-BAHAN
Vermicelli
- Vermicelli 150g (dry)
Meats
- ๐ Chicken 200g (sliced)
Vegetables
- ๐ฅ Carrot 1 (thinly sliced)
- ๐ Shiitake 4 pieces (thinly sliced)
- ๐ง Green onions 2 (chopped)
Seasonings
- Chicken stock powder 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- ๐ง Salt to taste
LANGKAH
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil, then dissolve the chicken stock powder.
Add the chicken and simmer for 2โ3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the vegetables (carrot, shiitake, green onions) and simmer for about 5 more minutes.
Finally, add the vermicelli and cook until soft (about 3 minutes).
Season with soy sauce and salt, and then turn off the heat.
