- 1/2 burdock root (90g), sliced thinly

- 2 slices of ham, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
