BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece (125g) goya
- 1 piece myoga
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 2 tsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Cut the goya in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 5–6mm pieces. Place goya and water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Thinly slice the myoga.
Mix the seasonings (vinegar, salted kombu, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the goya and myoga, then mix well.
