BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 80g salmon (sashimi-grade)
Vegetables
- 125g goya (bitter melon), deseeded
- ๐ 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- ๐ง Pinch of black pepper
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ๐ 1.5 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated cheese
LANGKAH
Cut the salmon into 7mm cubes.
Deseed and cut the goya into 7mm cubes. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated cheese) in a bowl. Add the salmon, goya, and cherry tomatoes, and mix well.
Arrange the baby leaf greens on a plate, top with the mixed salad, and sprinkle with black pepper.
