- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)

Seasoning

- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it with a knife.
Mix the mashed umeboshi with sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and grill the bamboo shoots until golden brown.
Add the grilled bamboo shoots to the bowl with the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
