BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- π 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- π₯ 1 egg
- π± 50g frozen edamame
- π₯ 2 slices ham
- π§ 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- π§ A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- π§ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- π§ A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- π° 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut the ham in half and slice it thinly.
Remove the edamame beans from their pods and place them in a bowl. Add the β seasonings (soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and mix lightly.
Spread the cooked rice in a heatproof dish. Top with the sliced ham and seasoned edamame. Crack the egg in the center, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and season with black pepper.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
