- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🥬 2 small turnips with leaves
Sauce
- 🌰 1.5 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Season salmon fillets with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels. Cut turnips into 1 cm slices, leaving 2 cm of stems intact. Rinse and dry.
Prepare the sauce by mixing mustard, honey, olive oil, and soy sauce in a bowl. Spread half of the sauce on each salmon fillet. Place salmon and turnips on aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
Grill the wrapped salmon on high heat for 15 minutes. Open the foil and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until the salmon is golden brown.
