Seasonings

- Dashi stock 100ml
LANGKAH
Clean the shiitake mushrooms, trim off the stems, and cut them in half.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place the cut shiitake mushrooms in the pan to brown both sides.
Add dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin to the frying pan, and gently simmer while coating the shiitake mushrooms with the seasoning mixture.
Serve on a plate, allow it to cool, and let the flavors meld. It’s also delicious served chilled.
