- 2 pieces yellowtail collar
Vegetables
- 5 cm grated daikon (180g)
- 🍋 1/4 lemon, cut into wedges
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Rinse the yellowtail collar under water and pat dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle salt over the fish and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry again to remove excess moisture.
Grate the daikon and cut the lemon into wedges.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Bake the fish for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes.
Plate the fish, top with grated daikon, drizzle soy sauce, and serve with lemon wedges.
