BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Mix white miso, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the miso marinade.
Coat both sides of the yellowtail fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and place the yellowtail skin-side down. Cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the fillets and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
