- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut the hamachi into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients except miso in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at 600W. Let cool.
Add miso to the mixture and stir to create the sesame miso marinade. Add the hamachi and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve cooked white rice in a bowl, top with marinated hamachi, chopped green onion, and white sesame seeds.
