BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece hanpen (60g)
- 10 okra pods
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp water
- 2 tsp ground sesame seeds

Rub okra with salt on a cutting board.

Boil water in a pot and cook okra for about 2 minutes. Cool in water to remove residual heat.

Slice okra into rings.

Cut hanpen into 1cm cubes.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (miso, mirin, water, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add okra and hanpen, then mix well.
