BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 1 bag (200g) shungiku
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
LANGKAH
Cut the shungiku into 5cm pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the hanpen into 1.5cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, miso, and ground sesame). Add the shungiku and mix well. Then, gently fold in the hanpen.
