BAHAN-BAHAN

- 1 piece hanpen
- 30g mentaiko, skin removed
Vegetables
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the green onion lengthwise into halves and then slice thinly. Cut the hanpen into 6 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko (skin removed), green onion, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and pepper.
Line the toaster oven tray with aluminum foil and arrange the hanpen pieces. Spread the mentaiko sauce evenly on top of each piece.
Bake in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
