BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ Chicken breast 200g (boiled)
- ๐ฅฌ Lettuce 150g (hand-torn)
- ๐ฅ Cucumber 1 (thinly sliced)
- ๐ Cherry tomatoes 5 (halved)
Dressing
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- ๐ Lemon juice 2 tsp
- ๐ง Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
LANGKAH
Wash the lettuce and drain it thoroughly. Tear it into pieces and place in a large bowl.
Shred the boiled and cooled chicken breast into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Thinly slice the cucumber and add it to the bowl along with the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a separate small bowl and pour over the salad. Toss gently.
