Main Ingredients
- Shirataki 200g
- 🍄 Mushroom 150g
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- đź§„ Garlic 1 clove (minced)
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
LANGKAH
Wash shirataki under running water, drain, and cut into appropriate lengths.
Cut mushrooms into your preferred size.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and sauté briefly, then add shirataki and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well, and turn off the heat.
