BAHAN-BAHAN
Soy Products
- 🥛 Silken tofu 1 block (300g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 Carrot 1 pc (julienned)
- Zucchini 1 pc (sliced)
- 🧅 Onion 1/2 pc (sliced)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Grated ginger 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
LANGKAH
Wrap the tofu with kitchen paper and drain for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry carrots, zucchini, and onions over medium heat.
Roughly tear the tofu by hand and add it to the vegetables.
Add soy sauce and ginger and stir-fry for an additional three minutes while mixing everything together.
