- 1 bag pea shoots
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese

Seasoning
- To taste herb salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
LANGKAH
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them. Thinly slice the red bell pepper lengthwise.
Place the pea shoots and red bell pepper in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Rinse the vegetables under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the herb salt, olive oil, and grated cheese. Plate the mixture and sprinkle grated cheese for topping.
