- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 20g hijiki seaweed
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 50cc water
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin

Soak hijiki in a bowl of water to rehydrate, then drain. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook bacon until crispy. Add hijiki and stir-fry together.

Add the seasonings (water, dashi powder, soy sauce, mirin) and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
