BAHAN-BAHAN
Seaweed
- 10g dried hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame, shelled
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 5 slices processed cheese, diced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
LANGKAH
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in water and drain. Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes, julienne the carrot, and shell the thawed edamame.
Boil water in a pot, add the hijiki, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Drain the hijiki and mix it in a bowl with the prepared ingredients and the seasonings.
