BAHAN-BAHAN
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried hijiki
Seafood
- 130g canned clams in water
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Broth
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water and drain. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add hijiki and carrot, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add canned clams and the broth ingredients (water, mirin, sugar, soy sauce). Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
