BAHAN-BAHAN
Basic Ingredients
- 💧 2 liters of water
- 🍖 200g beef shank
- 🧅 1 onion (peeled)
- 🧄 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger (2 cm size)
- 🥢 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 🍬 1 tablespoon of sugar
Optional Additions
- 🧴 1 tablespoon of vinegar
LANGKAH
Pour water into a large pot and add beef shank, onion, garlic, and ginger.
Once it starts to boil over medium heat, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the meat and vegetables.
Season the broth with soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before use.
