BAHAN-BAHAN
Nori
- 1 sheet nori
Rice
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Fish
- 1 can (100g) iwashi kabayaki
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber
- 🥬 50g shredded cabbage mix
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Place the iwashi can contents into a bowl and mash finely with a fork. Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise.
In a separate bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients except the sesame seeds. Add the rice to the bowl and mix gently. Add sesame seeds and let the mixture cool.
Lay the nori sheet on a sushi mat. Spread the rice evenly, leaving 1cm at the front and 2cm at the back uncovered. Add cabbage, cucumber, and iwashi at the front and roll tightly.
Place the roll seam-side down and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
