BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 100g molokhia leaves
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🥜 20g peanuts, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
LANGKAH
Separate molokhia leaves from stems. Julienne the carrot into 3cm strips. Mince the peanuts.
Boil water in a pot. Cook molokhia stems for 90 seconds, then drain. Reboil water and cook molokhia leaves for 30 seconds, then drain and mince. Reboil water and cook carrot strips for 30 seconds, then drain.
Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix the tofu with sesame, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
Add the molokhia and carrot to the tofu mixture and combine well.
Serve the mixture in a dish and sprinkle minced peanuts on top.
