Coating
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
LANGKAH
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sake, salt, soy sauce, and grated garlic in a bowl. Add chicken and massage the marinade. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
Add flour, potato starch, and beaten egg to the marinated chicken. Mix well to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 4 minutes until golden. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, flip again, and cook for 3 minutes until crispy.
