BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- π 2 slices kajiki (swordfish)
- π§ Pinch of salt and pepper
Batter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- π₯ 2 tbsp milk
- π° Sesame seeds as needed
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- π° 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- π 2 tbsp ketchup
- π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- π¬ 1/2 tbsp sugar
LANGKAH
Mix flour and milk to create batter. Combine β ingredients to make sesame sauce.
Pat dry kajiki slices, season with salt and pepper, then coat with batter followed by sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and fry kajiki slices until golden and cooked through. Remove and plate.
Drizzle sesame sauce over the fried kajiki slices.
