BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- π 1 cup soaked rice
Protein
- π 50g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- π₯ 25g carrot, diced
- π 1 shiitake mushroom, diced
- 20g konjac, diced
Other
- 10g fried tofu, diced
- π§ Water as needed
Seasoning
- π§ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- π§ 1 tsp soy sauce
- π§ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
LANGKAH
Dice the carrot, shiitake mushroom, konjac, and fried tofu into 7mm cubes.
Cut chicken into 1cm cubes and mix with soy sauce (1/2 tsp) in a bowl along with the diced vegetables and tofu. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (β ), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the surface.
Place the marinated ingredients on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice cooker setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients together.
