- 12 dumpling wrappers
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Water
- 💧 30cc water
Filling Ingredients
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 50g kimchi
- 🐖 50g ground pork
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
LANGKAH
Chop the kimchi into small pieces. In a bowl, combine bean sprouts, chopped kimchi, ground pork, sesame oil, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, crushing the bean sprouts slightly.
Place the filling onto dumpling wrappers, fold them in half, and seal the edges with water while pleating the edges.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings and cook until golden brown. Add water, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 3–5 minutes. Once the water evaporates, add cheese and cook on medium heat until the cheese melts and edges become crispy.
