BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 6 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
Condiments
- 70g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
Cheese
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Side Dish
- 🍅 4 wedges of tomato
LANGKAH
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stem and seeds.
Stuff each bell pepper evenly with pizza cheese and kimchi.
Place a slice of pork belly vertically, put a stuffed bell pepper on top, and roll tightly. Repeat to make 6 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, then steam on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, add ponzu sauce and mayonnaise, and stir to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with tomato wedges.
