BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
- 100g kimchi, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍗 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
LANGKAH
Chop the chives into 2cm pieces and cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, skimming off any foam or impurities.
Add the seasonings (sugar, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock), kimchi, and cooked rice. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the chives and cook briefly until softened.
